What states does Four Point Realty currently operate in?
Four Point Realty is currently active in New Jersey, New York, and Georgia. We operate offices in Woodbridge, NJ and Atlanta, GA and are actively expanding to additional states. Contact us if you are interested in a state we have not yet entered.
Do I need to report to an office or work from a specific location?
No. Four Point Realty is a fully cloud-based brokerage. You can work from home, a co-working space, or wherever you are productive. There is no physical office requirement for any of our plans.
How long does the onboarding process take?
Most agents complete the full onboarding process within 3 to 5 business days after submitting all required documentation. This includes license transfer, e-signing the Independent Contractor Agreement, and getting access to all platforms and tools.
What technology do agents receive access to?
All agents receive access to our transaction management platform, digital document tools, and paperless workflows. The Lofty AI CRM is included at no additional cost with the Elite Plan and is available as an affordable add-on for agents on other plans.
Can I join if I am a brand-new agent?
Yes. Our 80/20 plan is specifically designed for new agents who want to get started without upfront fees while still receiving full broker support, coaching, and mentorship. We walk you through everything from onboarding to closing your first deal.
Can I transfer my license from another brokerage?
Yes. We handle license transfers as part of the standard onboarding process. Once you submit your application and we receive your existing license documentation, we guide you through the transfer process step by step.
Can teams join Four Point Realty?
Absolutely. We offer customized team structures with commission splits and shared pipeline tools. Reach out to discuss team onboarding, team leader compensation arrangements, and the technology setup we provide for growing groups.
What is E&O insurance and do I need it?
Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance protects agents and brokers against claims of inadequate work or mistakes. On our 90/10 and 100% plans, E&O is billed at $35 per transaction side. The 80/20 and Elite plans do not carry a separate E&O charge as this is handled differently under those structures.
Is there a desk fee or hidden fee I should know about?
No hidden fees. Each plan is fully transparent. The 80/20 plan has no fees. The 90/10 plan has a $75 compliance fee per transaction side. The 100% plan has a $69/month fee plus $695 per transaction. The Elite plan is a single flat monthly fee with no per-deal charges.
Can I change plans after I join?
Yes. As your production grows, you can upgrade to a plan that better fits your business. Contact your broker to discuss the right time to make a plan change and we will handle the transition smoothly.
