New York and Georgia Fair Housing

For transactions in New York, Four Point Realty complies with the New York State Human Rights Law and applicable local fair housing ordinances, which prohibit housing discrimination on a broad range of protected characteristics. For transactions in Georgia, Four Point Realty complies with the Georgia Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal requirements.
