Equal Housing Opportunity Statement

Four Point Realty LLC is fully committed to the principles of Equal Housing Opportunity. We support and comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. We do business in accordance with these laws and do not discriminate against any person in the sale, rental, brokerage, financing, advertising, or provision of real estate or related services. Every consumer is treated with fairness, dignity, and respect, and every qualified applicant is afforded equal access to housing opportunities.

Our Commitment Under the Fair Housing Act

The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing-related transactions. Four Point Realty, its brokers, agents, and employees will not refuse to deal with, set different terms for, deny services to, or otherwise discriminate against any person on the basis of a protected characteristic. Under federal law, it is unlawful to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), familial status, or disability.

New Jersey Law Against Discrimination

As a brokerage operating in New Jersey, Four Point Realty also complies with the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (“NJLAD”), one of the broadest civil-rights statutes in the nation. In addition to the federally protected classes, New Jersey prohibits discrimination in housing on the basis of creed, ancestry, nationality, age, marital status, civil union or domestic partnership status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or breastfeeding, source of lawful income used for rental or mortgage payments (including housing assistance), liability for military service, and mental or physical disability.

New York and Georgia Fair Housing

For transactions in New York, Four Point Realty complies with the New York State Human Rights Law and applicable local fair housing ordinances, which prohibit housing discrimination on a broad range of protected characteristics. For transactions in Georgia, Four Point Realty complies with the Georgia Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal requirements. In every market we serve, our commitment is the same: equal, lawful, and respectful treatment for all.

Prohibited Conduct

Consistent with federal, New Jersey, New York, and Georgia law, Four Point Realty prohibits, and does not engage in, conduct including: refusing to sell, rent, or negotiate; setting different terms, conditions, or privileges; falsely representing that housing is unavailable; steering individuals toward or away from particular neighborhoods; blockbusting; discriminatory advertising; discriminatory financing referrals; or retaliation against any person who exercises fair housing rights or assists others in doing so.

Reasonable Accommodations and Modifications

Four Point Realty supports the right of individuals with disabilities to request reasonable accommodations in our policies, practices, and services, and reasonable modifications where applicable, to ensure equal access to housing opportunities and to our Website and Services.
